MONO/TWIN/MULTI BAG UNITS

This range of standard bag filter units starts from the mono bag mobile to 12 bags, with a range of fans to operate from 600 C.F.M. through to 7500 C.F.M. Motors from 1.5hp to 7.5hp are fitted with D.O.L. starter. All motors above 7.5hp come with Star Delta starter as standard.

"MODULAR" FILTER SLEEVE BAGGING UNITS

This type of unit is used to obtain higher filter area to cater for large extraction volumes, handling all types of chip and dust. Up to eight modules can be joined together to supply a total range of extraction volumes up to 16,000 C.F.M. The filter modules are fitted with either plastic waste collection sack or steel bin.

CABINET FILTER

This type of unit is for use with fine dusts i.e. sander dust, M.D.F. etc. The unit is constructed from heavy gauge galvanised steel with the optional explosion panel. The unit is compact with high filter area, the option of hand or auto cleaning for regeneration.

CHAIN FILTER

The DPS Chain Filter has been designed to meet the needs of medium to the largest of manufacturing, wood-working, joinery companies, with emphasis on easy expansion requirements for future growth, handling high volumes of extracted waste material produced by today's high through put machines. These filters have gravity separation, top inlet sections and large hoppers beneath the filters, ensuring good separation of air and waste materials, for minimum wear on the filters. Each bank of filters can be cleaned automatically by regeneration fan either at normal shutdown periods or continuously, ensuring 100% efficiency at all times. Fully modular construction, 100% return air with minimal maintenance and fully automatic.
